The boat has been repowered with a Suzuki 4 stroke this year which will make it much better for trolling when we tube and worm troll. The start of the season is around the middle of May as the water reaches 50 degrees the hungry bass from Chesapeak Bay have finished spawning and make there way up the coast to Connecticut and NY waters. Buy mid June the large blues are in and Fluke season kicks off. Let's hope we get plenty of bunker again this season as it made for great fishing on the local reefs with some days limiting out on bass over 40". It's not to early to make a date to enjoy some of Connecticuts best fishing.
